This leads through to the dining room with vintage old pine round table with six chairs. Old sandstone steps lead down to the lower ground floor room with exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling. This low room provides accommodation for 2 on a double sofabed. With an additional freeview tv and dvd player this is a great place to send the kids!
There is a cosy double room on the first floor with lovely views to the coast, and the attic room has twin beds or a king sized bed as desired, with views down into the village and over to Muncaster Fell.
A family bathroom of a good size, with a modern white suite including a bath and separate shower cubicle with modern rain shower.
The well equipped beamed country kitchen has an electric range cooker set within a period sandstone chimney breast, a recently refitted dusk blue range of base and wall units, integral fridge, dishwasher, and microwave oven. A door and original sandstone steps leads to the utility containing the gas combination boiler, washing machine and freezer. A lobby area with hanging space and boot rack is off the kitchen next to the bathroom.
